Customer Care Representative
The Customer Care Representative (CCR) supports the day-to-day operations of the company by efficiently scheduling and dispatching technicians to calls and is the primary point of contact for customers. The CCR answers the phone, obtains customer information, books call, and addresses customer concerns. If an issue arises, the CCR will work diligently to solve the problem, to the customers satisfaction. As part of this responsibility, the CCR will develop and manage reports, and interact with field personnel to schedule calls efficiently. A successful CCR must have the ability to function as a part of a team and be able to think creatively and critically.
Roof Technician
The Roof Technician will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of residential roofs. Technicians will primarily respond to repair calls but will also do planned maintenance and/or installation as needed. Our company offers on-the-job training and yearly wage increases as your skills develop. Starting pay is determined upon skills and experience.
